By reconstructing 3D surfaces from multi-temporal datasets (comparable with LIDAR), we quantify changes in critical processes such as glacial retreat, landslides, permafrost degradation, debris flows, and flooding—providing actionable insights for hazard mitigation, empirical model validation, and policy development.
